    • Can I arrive for a facial with makeup on?

      YES! As a compulsory double cleanse is carried out with every facial, removing all make-up, or any excess oil left on the skin.
    • Can I wear make-up after a facial treatment?

      NO! It would be advised not to as it is important for the skin to breathe and to be free of product for at least 24 hours post facial treatment. 
    • What do I wear/ bring for a body exfoliation treatment?

      A swimming costume would be advised as showering is included to remove the excess salts, A change of underwear would also be advised post treatment.
    • Can I use sun beds/ have a hot shower/ bath after a waxing or a heat treatment?

      NO! as this would be classed as a double ‘’heat treatment’’ therefore it could cause a heat reaction.
    • What do I wear for a massage?

      Loose, warm clothing is advised allowing the oils to absorb in to the body, to regulate body temperature and for ultimate comfort.
    • Do I really need to come for a patch test before having a tinting treatment?

      YES! It is very important to have a patch test carried out 48 hours prior to a tinting treatment incase of an allergic reaction. 5 minutes is all it takes behind the ear or in the crease of the elbow.
